Cancellations

Life happens—I get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let me know as soon as possible.

Deposits are non-refundable, but with enough notice, I’ll happily move your session to another date that works for both of us.

In the case of illness (especially with little ones), unpredictable weather, or genuine emergencies, I’m always happy to be flexible and find a solution that honours your booking and your circumstances.
